Two Years. One Destination. A Bigger Vision for Dubai.

DUBAI, UAE | 12 October 2026
Seven Seas Hotel will celebrate its second anniversary on 15 October 2026, marking two years of building a distinctive hospitality destination in Dubai—and setting out a new phase focused on memorable guest experiences, stronger community connections and consistent service.

Since opening in October 2024, the 317-room property in Al Nahda 1 has developed an experience that extends beyond a hotel stay. Its combination of accommodation, restaurants, nightlife, leisure and event spaces is designed for visitors to Dubai as well as the city’s multicultural resident community.
“We did not set out simply to open another hotel. We wanted to create a place where people could stay, meet, celebrate and feel genuinely welcomed,” said Mr. Jitender Kumar Singla, Chairman of Seven Seas Hotel. “Our first two years have tested our determination, strengthened our team and reinforced our belief in Dubai’s long-term future.”
The hotel’s 317 rooms are complemented by an array of experiences under one roof. Guests and residents can discover international dining, regional cuisine, social venues and entertainment, alongside wellness and leisure facilities. Geoffrey’s Sports Bar, situated on the 22nd floor, is among the hotel’s signature social destinations.
Seven Seas also serves business and social occasions, with Mehfil banquet facilities and meeting spaces supporting corporate gatherings, celebrations and private events. The hotel’s varied venues create opportunities for guests to move between work, dining and leisure without leaving the property.
“Hospitality is personal. A comfortable room matters, but so do the welcome, the people, the atmosphere and the memories guests take away,” Dr. Singla added. “Our goal is to give people a reason to choose Seven Seas—and another reason to come back.”
The anniversary comes as Dubai continues to attract international travellers and investment. According to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the emirate welcomed 19.59 million international overnight visitors in 2025, a 5% increase on 2024. For hotels, the opportunity is matched by rising guest expectations and intense competition.
Entering its third year, Seven Seas plans to sharpen its focus on guest service, distinctive food-and-beverage experiences, events and celebrations, digital guest engagement and partnerships with businesses, creators and the local community. The priority is to connect its many offerings into one seamless guest journey—from discovery and booking to arrival, dining and repeat visits.
“Dubai is a city that rewards vision, hard work and the courage to keep improving,” Dr. Singla said. “We are proud of what our team has built in two years. The next chapter is about raising our standards, deepening relationships and contributing to the city’s vibrant hospitality scene.”
