Breaking Barriers at 15: Zahra Ahmed Celebrates Her Debut Book Launch at the Prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid Library
EVERY JOURNEY TEACHES US SOMETHING. SOME JOURNEYS HAVE THE POWER TO TEACH OTHERS TOO

The magnificent Mohammed Bin Rashid Library in Dubai welcomed friends, families, dignitaries, principals, Sheikhas, doctors, professors, parents, youths and children as 15-year-old Zahratul’Jannah Ahmed launched her first book, The Journey So Far.
Born from the experiences, challenges, lessons and moments that have shaped Zahra, the book shares a message close to every young person searching for direction: find your footing, discover your passion and intentionally create your path.
Especially in an Internet age filled with constant information, noise and distraction, young people need more than information—they need guidance, reflection and the confidence to understand who they are.
That is why every chapter includes Activity and Parent Corners, helping readers take what they have learned and bring it into real life.

The event featured inspiring speaking and panel sessions from youths and students, alongside Zahra’s Principal, who proudly celebrates having her as a student at The Aquila School.
About The Journey So Far
An interactive personal-development book, The Journey So Far helps young readers recognise their potential, strengthen their confidence and become more intentional about their growth. It also supports parents and educators as they guide young people in discovering their identity, interests and purpose.
The celebration was made even more special by the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Michael Adeniyi, Senior Special Assistant to the Nigerian Honourable Minister for Youth Development; Amb. Zayyan Ibrahim, Consul General of Nigeria, Dubai and Northern Emirates, UAE; Dr. Wedad Ahmed Bushanin, Founder and Chairperson of Read and Enjoy UAE; H.E. Sheikha Dr. Hind Bint Abdulaziz Al Qassimi; H.E. Yaqoob Al Ali; Mr. V. Bhushan, Managing Director, Standard Carpets Ind. LLC; Prof. [Name]; and Mr. Wayne Howsen, Principal of The Aquila School.
A day filled with gratitude, inspiration and the beautiful reminder that every young person has a story worth sharing.
